As part of our original study, we made available pre-computed LCD search results for each of the 20 canonical amino acids at a
40% composition threshold run on all reference proteomes from UniProt. These constitute a large resource for those interested only
in simple LCDs identified by enrichment of a single amino acid. You can download these datasets here.
However, there is an infinite number of search parameter combinations that can be specified when using LCD-Composer, so these datasets
only represent a small fraction of possible LCD datasets. We encourage use of the LCD-Composer server and downloadable scripts to perform
additional LCD searches.
